One of the most important thing to do if you want to reverse prediabetes is to lose weight.  A 10 to 15% weight loss can reduce your risk of developing into Type 2 Diabetes by 50%.

Here are 10 Useful Tips to Keep Trim

    1. Exercise regularly
    2. Never skip meals and try to eat more meals a day in smaller portions.  Even distribution of food throughout the day is important.  Better to eat like a rabbit than a bear.
    3. Eat high fibre food
    4. Weigh yourself regularly
    5. Reduce snacking or junk food
    6. Restrict food that contains high saturated fats and cholestrol
    7. Choose to bake, steam or broil your food over frying
    8. Use sugar substitutes if you have to sweeten food and beverages
    9. Order only what you need to eat or eat only what you need
    10. Learn to stop eating before you feel full

These tips have been instrumental in my path of reversing my prediabetes so why not give it a try.  Best wishes.
