    HbA1c 5.3% In Sep 08

    I have some good news to share. My latest blood test results, HbA1c to be exact (tested end Sep 08) is 5.3%, down from 6.1% in end May 08.  I must say that i am absolutely thrilled as i was only aiming for about 5.8% and i was like wow, 5.3%…that’s alot.

    Yeah, i got my latest HbA1c blood test results. It has confirmed that my direction is correct. HbA1c levels has dropped from 6.3% (early Apr) in to 6.1% ~ in less than 2 months. It means that my choice of diet, exercise and lifestyle is working and without Metformin too, soooo happy.
