It’s Reversing - HbA1c Blood Results Going Down

Yeah, i got my latest HbA1c blood test results. It has confirmed that my direction is correct. HbA1c levels has dropped from 6.3% (early Apr) in to 6.1% ~ in less than 2 months. It means that my choice of diet, exercise and lifestyle is working and without Metformin too, soooo happy.
Next target will be 5.8% for the next HbA1c test.
