3 Modes of Management of Diabetes and Prediabetes
By edwinseow | April 28, 2008
Diabetes, once diagnosed, is the condition that one has the rest of his/her life as there is no cure for this disease at the moment.
Though this is the case, it is not the end of the world for diabetics as diabetes can be controlled and people with diabetes can still lead an active and fulfilling life.
On the other hand, prediabetes is reversible and can actually lead normal lives if proper actions are taken immediately.
The 3 modes of diabetes management are :
- diet and exercise (diabetes and prediabetes)
- diet, oral medication and exercise (diabetes and prediabetes)
- diet, insulin and exercise (diabetes)
