    Study Shows Tai Chi Exercise Improves Type 2 Diabetes Control

    A 12 week programme of Tai Chi exercise was conducted on 30 patients with Type 2 diabetes and 30 healthy people by a research team.  The results showed significant improvement of HbA1c blood test levels from 7.59% to 7.16% for those who practices Tai Chi.
